Growing Up

The other day, someone asked me what year I was in school. For the first time ever, I told them I was a senior! How bizarre is that? I've been so anxious to hurry up and graduate, but now I'm feeling a little scared. What if no one hires me? What if I get a job that I absolutely hate? What if I start struggling financially because my salary isn't enough? <-- ok that one is farfetched. That'd only happen if I was spending my money in dumb ways.

But you get the picture! I've been on my own for a few years now, but the reality of actually being an adult is sneaking up on me. And I don't like it one bit. 

In less than a year, I will be graduating college. This time next year, I will hopefully be employed. I'm gonna be making more money than I know what to do with! Cause believe it or not, babysitting a couple of times a week does not justify as bringing home the bacon. And who knows what city I'll be in! Could be Austin, could be Nashville, hell, it could New York. I'm excited for this next adventure in my life and this is why
