Sweet Potato Fries

I don't know what's been goin on with my body here lately, but it's NOT fun. Almost everything I eat (unless it's raw veggies or fruit) makes me sick to my stomach. Not coooool. I think it has something to do with the new meds I'm on? Who knows?

Anywho, I had a sweet potato that I needed to eat, so I decided to whip up some sweet potato fries (aka God's gift to Earth.) They were soo yummy.

Here's what you need:
-1 sweet potato
-1/4 c olive oil
-a pinch of salt 
-1/4 tsp pepper
-1 tsp Tony Cachere's seasoning salt

-Preheat your oven to 450 degrees
-Peel your sweet potato and cut it into little sticks that are about 1/2 thick and 1 inch across
-In a bowl, combine all of your ingredients
-Once combined, line the fries up on a baking sheet, making sure none are touching (they won't cook thoroughly otherwise!)
-Cook for 15 minutes
-Take them out and flip each stick over. It's a little time consuming, but it'll make sure that all of the fries are crispy.
-Cook for an additional 10 minutes

I happen to love my sweet potato fries with a side of ranch.
